About RP Media

Hi, I’m Ruach Pretorius — the person behind RP Media.

My journey into videography didn’t start with expensive gear or a big plan. It started with a phone and YouTube. I spent hours watching videos, learning how to shoot, edit, and tell stories — just figuring things out as I went. What began as curiosity quickly turned into something I couldn’t stop doing.

Over time, that passion grew into RP Media — a creative business focused on capturing real moments and turning them into something meaningful. Today, I work across weddings, events, and social media content, helping people and brands tell their stories in a way that feels natural and cinematic.

I’ve always believed that the best content comes from real moments, not forced ones. That’s why my approach is relaxed and intentional — I aim to capture things as they happen, while still delivering a clean, professional final product.

For me, this isn’t just about filming videos. It’s about growth, creativity, and constantly pushing myself to get better .And a very important factor for me is to live out the gift that God has given me and to show it to the world.And i believe if it was not for Him i will not be here today!
